The 2026 boating year is nearing the end. As we rapidly approach hauling season, we at Two C's Marine
would like to remind you that, much like your boats, your moorings must also be prepared for the long winter months ahead.
Upon haul out, please call, text or email Two C’s Marine to begin the process of your mooring winterization. Top gear will be removed, tagged and stored for the Winter. Mooring tackle will be “winter-sticked” in the water. This not only prolongs the service life of your hardware while not being used, but provides great protection from ice conditions in the bay.

As you all probably know, the cost of materials across many industries has been rising at an unprecedented pace. The components that make up your mooring system were not spared of these price increases. We have seen substantial jumps particularly in domestic chain and hardware. As a result, we have to increase the price of these materials from the start of the Spring, and may have to adjust pricing as the cost fluctuates throughout the season.
We work really hard to keep our business efficient, and our costs low. Two C's Marine is committed to keeping boating safe, fun and affordable for every one of our customers. We currently are, and will continue to explore and test every possible domestic hardware option available, to continue operating within these values.
